BIKE SATURDAY Ride #1, Millennium Trail

The SATURDAY RIDES are not races or any other form of competition. The purpose is to familiarize cyclists with the local paved and off-road trail systems, trail etiquette, and safety The target audiences are families and individuals who own bikes but rarely ride them and are part of the majority who feel it's unsafe to ride city streets. However, everyone, all abilities, and ages can participate. A new road and mountain bike trail is designated each week. Events provide a platform for county and city planning officials, law enforcement, and other agencies to get the word out about the importance of bicycle infrastructure and the many other benefits of commuting by bicycle. The first ride is on Millennium Trail. A moderate ride near the Skullcandy office and the Park City Tech Center, in Kimball Junction. Meet at Hugo Coffee Roasters parking lot. Coffee up then ride. ONE LESS CAR.
